1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reflow platform ("Platform"), operated by ifreebuddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Accounts and Publisher IDs

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are assigned a unique "Publisher ID". You are responsible for safeguarding this ID and ensuring it is attached to the content you submit via our forms. We cannot be held liable for untracked earnings resulting from a failure to properly input your Publisher ID during submission.

3. Content and Earnings

Reflow pays creators based on aggregated views across accepted platforms (currently YouTube, Instagram, and Reflow Blog).

• Our tracking systems update periodically. The metrics displayed in your dashboard are estimates until successfully settled.
• Earnings rates (e.g., ₹20 per 10,000 views) are subject to change based on market conditions, platform policies, and internal reviews. We will notify you of any rate changes.
• We reserve the right to withhold earnings or remove content if we suspect view-botting, fraud, or violations of platform policies (e.g., YouTube Terms of Service).

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To submit fake, manipulated, or artificially inflated metrics (view botting).
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Reflow, a Reflow employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting content to Reflow, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute that content to facilitate tracking and monetization.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
